Hi,

You can send them out randomly to any member by pressing the "Mail It Now" link beside the game. Though if you want to send a game to someone specifically then the member you want to send it to needs to request the game from you in a Direct Trade Request.

hidden package on March 23, 2008
go to downtown right before the bridge that takes you to pawn island to the left is the news station go up to the top of that building go up to the heli pad right next to the top of the walkway is a hidden package but you have to walk of the edge of the pad to get it you will lose amour/ health
