Miss something? on November 30, 2007
Miss something on your first playthrough? The best way to go back and get what you missed is to wait until right before you go in the elevator to fight Fontaine and save. Once you kill him and the game ends, reload that save. You'll still be in your Big Daddy suit and take a lot less damage. It's a lot easier to go back through if you missed something.

Legs! on November 30, 2007
Marcus! Go for the legs! The best way to take down the tough locusts on campaign mode in Gears of War is to shoot them in the lower torso/legs. They drop very easy and make some of the tougher spots in the game easier to swallow.

I've found that the best class for this game is a caster. I played through the game for a while with a warrior and noticed that my kills were taking a long time and the game was getting old. Then I played through again with a caster and it was really fun. My kills were faster and the spells were a lot cooler. I would suggest a caster for a fun Oblivion play-through.

Starting out is your career mode I've found it's best to dump a lot of stars into speed and power. Using a powered safe shot if your best bet on winning the earlier matches. So be sure to get into position early and whack that ball as hard as your can.
