To do this, simply walk over to some character and click A. This will start a conversation. Go to the persuasion section where you can make your reputation higher with them. Simply hit A over and over again and your speachcraft will get higher and higher.

This is easy, when you get the quest to take the Dedric staff to the cave so as to get rid of the scamps, you can use whatever weapon you want to kill the scamps over and over again as they will constantly respawn. You will eventually get lots of experience with whatever weapon you were using.

This is easy to do, on the level where you walk around in your mech, NEVER use any weapon whatsoever. At the end, before you go through the red doors, save, then fire one of your weapons, then end the level, you will get an achievement for completing a level using only that gun. Then load your game, and fire a different weapon, end the level, another achievement, rinse and repeat.

Remember these things:
Cover! Veteran is like real WW2 fighting, you're going down in just a few bullets. Take cover, you'll need it.
Take your time! Don't rush into fights, you're not superman, you have to take your time, go for headshots, and grab a combo of long range and short range weapons.
Seize the moment! If something good comes up, take advantage, don't get stuck because you "thought" you'd get killed, often you'll be able to get higher ground by dodging when enemies are distracted.
