About Me
I know 107 digits of pi. I like to juggle, but I can't do anything more complicated than Mills Mess. (Although most non-jugglers consider it pretty damn complicated.) You can see my YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=tpofofn. My hobby is casual online multiplayer Magic: the Gathering. The game systems I trade in are DS, GBA, 'Cube, and Wii. (That's me, the Nintendo fanboy.) I'm currently playing Pokémon Pearl and doing quite well. Gold card! Yes! Oh, and just so you know, none of the games I ship will be in their boxes...They don't really fit in the free envelopes that way.

Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2
Sakura with Long Hair on September 11, 2007
You can play as Sakura before she cut her hair short. If you want to do this, all you need to do is select Sakura, but instead of pressing A, press X. Presto! Her hair will grow! You can also select her with long hair in a purple dress instead of a pink one by pressing Z instead of X. There's no difference in gameplay--it's just an alternate costume.
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse
Unlocking Iron Man on September 04, 2007
You can unlock Iron Man by collecting 4 Homing Beacons in each act to open a portal to a Secret Bonus Area. Play through the Secret Bonus Area in each act to unlock a different piece of Iron Man's armor. In the final act, you will release Iron Man himself. Present him with his full suit of armor and he will be able to join your battle against the evil Apocalypse. Each act actually has 6 Homing Beacons, so even if you miss one or two, you can still unlock him.

Fire style jutsu while moving on August 03, 2007
To do this glitch, you have to be Sasuke, Sharingan Sasuke, or Orochimaru. Use your Fire Style Jutsu (Forward + A) without holding it down. Then, right when you're about to stop blowing fire at them, you need to use it again, holding it down the second time. The timing is a little difficult to get right, but you can do it if you have enough practice. Anyway, if you time it right, then on the second time you do it, you'll be able to run, jump, and use other attacks during the jutsu. It isn't incredibly useful in actual gameplay, but it looks really neat. If you want to extend the length of the glitch, turn on the Food Pills handicap to double your chakra. You can probably see some videos of this glitch on YouTube if you search for it.

Pig Mode on August 02, 2007
After you beat the game, you can talk to one of the pigs in one of the shops. It'll say "Oink?" and you'll be prompted yes or no. Answer yes, and you'll turn on the secret Pig Mode that changes bits of each level into pigs. It's pretty funny.

Passing on natures on July 13, 2007
When you breed a Pokémon, normally the nature of the baby is random. However, if the female parent is holding an Everstone while it's in the Daycare, the baby will have a 50% chance of inheriting the female's nature. (If you're using a Ditto, the Ditto always counts as the female, even if the other one is female.) How does this help? Well, let's say you have a Modest Ditto. Pokémon with a Modest nature have decreased attack but increased special attack. If you were going to train, say, a Roserade, which has good special attack but very poor attack, you probably won't want to use physical moves anyway, so there is no drawback to a Modest nature. With a Modest Ditto, whenever you want a Modest Pokémon, just give it an Everstone, and you can breed anything you want with that nature.
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Chao Garden Glitch on July 06, 2007
You can fly over the ocean inside the Chao Garden. If you go to the waterfall, there should be a little corner there where the rocks meet the invisible wall. If you can find that spot, then be Sonic or Shadow and repeatedly do a homing attack right there. It shouldn't take long for you to go right through the wall! You'll be floating outside the garden! You'll see a double image of your character in a falling position, but they won't fall. You can control their movements. Float wherever you want. If you go far enough, you'll leave the area's boundaries altogether and be floating in space. It's really weird. You can come back in, and when you do, all your chao will be underground. It's very strange.

The Ultimate Pokémon: Rattata?! on July 06, 2007
It's true, the ultimate Pokémon is Rattata. I've had my level 1 Rattata take down Mewtwos and Palkias before. Nobody sees it coming! Here's what you do: catch two Raticates in the Battle Zone, a male and a female. They should both know Endeavor. Then take them to the Move Maniac in Pastoria City. Use two Heart Scales (obtained in the Underground or attached to wild Luvdisc) to teach each of your raticates Quick Attack. Then put them both in the Daycare together. The egg you get will be a Rattata, level 1, with Endeavor and Quick Attack and two irrelevant attacks. Now you need a Focus Sash, which you can obtain from the man in the house near Pal Park, or by buying them at the Battle Tower for 48 BP. Attach the Focus Sash to Rattata. Now battle one of your friends with Rattata up front. Tell your Rattata to use Endeavor. His Pokémon will go first because yours has 6 speed. The attack would KO you, but because of your Focus Sash, it leaves you at 1 HP instead. Then you'll use Endeavor, which brings theirs to the same amount. While they gawk in amazement and try to finish you off, surprise them with Quick Attack! This time you go first, and it'll do 1 damage, which conveniently is their exact HP. Now laugh at them as their level 100 just got taken down by a baby Rattata.

Polish your gym badges on July 06, 2007
If you open up your Trainer Card and press the button on the touch screen, you'll see your gym badges. They'll probably look pretty dirty and grimey, so grab your stylus and rub them. If you do, they'll get shinier! The shiniest ones will have four little twinkles. Show off your shiny badges to your friends!

Tips on training Pokémon on July 06, 2007
When you train your Pokémon, you can help its stats by remembering that its stats are affected by the Pokémon it battles against. If you battle exclusively against Pokémon with high speed like Ponyta and Pokémon with high special attack like Gastly, then your Pokémon will have a much higher speed and special attack than if you trained otherwise. This is helpful for Pokémon like Alakazam that like their stats to be focused in certain areas. An Alakazam usually only uses special attacks, and aims to hit hard and fast for quick kills. If you train against Ponyta and Gastly exclusively, you can achieve this much better than by fighting random Pokémon, which will make your stats a hodge-podge of things you don't need.
