MLB '08: The Show

BEST BASEBALL GAME OF 2008! on July 26, 2008

when i still had my PSP i played MLB 06 the show. I soon sold that to get MLB 07 the show, but the local gamestop was sold out, So i missed out on playing MLB 07. I'm glad i did, i saved up for 2008, and got this game! THIS GAME IS WONDERFUL! you can pick a major league team to play for, go through spring training, and get a contract offered to you depending on how well you played during the spring. You could get AA contract, AAA contract, or MLB contract. You also have advancement goals, the more you complete the bigger chance you have of being bumped up a league. While you play through the games, you accumulate training points to hone your players skills, wether it be batting or fielding, even baserunning. You also earn money, you cant do anything with it, but its fun to see how much you earn. once you feel you played enough for your players life, you can press the retire button to ride off into the sunset like a true baseball hero.
