Guilds

When you join a guild, you get basically anything in it for free. When you loot the guild, you can simply resell it all to the people in that guild! This is an extremely easy way to make some quick gold, but if you sell everything you won't be able to get it later when you might need it.
easy sneak skill increase

I'm sure people have figured this out, but just in case. Put yourself into sneak mode and just walk into a dark corner for awhile. If you just set your character up in the corner and leave him alone for awhile you will build up easy sneak points
conjunction and destruction skill

I just found this today. If you cast a summon sketelton, etc and then destroy that spell with a destruction spell (flame, freeze) then you will build both stats pretty much at the same time.
