Fun game. Horrible controls

I had played other Sonic games before and I can tell you this game does not live up to them. The trailers are fantastic but that is probably the best feature of this game. The game itself is pretty good. I enjoy the wandering and exploration mode of various levels. The graphics are above average. However in order to get from level to level you must complete the story mode first which is hard to accomplish especially with poor control response. This game demand extreme user concentration. Otherwise you will never finish it. The SonicTeam did a lousy job with the X360 version. They ruin the chance to correct the problem with this version of the game.

OMG, when my mom bought me this game for christmas, i was like "oh umm thanks mom, i... umm really like it." and knew i was SOL from the get go. Becuase lets face it, Sonic games have been under the SUCK category for years, and why does this game suck you might ask? well hmm let me see o yes now i remember...terrible load times, terrible graphics, terrible gameplay; control, camera ect... but their is pne good thing i can say about this game, and that the CG at the beggining was pretty cool. But let me tell ya what, if u like a game just becuase of CG then you have some real mental problems goin for ya.

Ok first of all sonic was really good for the Sega Dreamcast,but what happened here? Its the same stile and ev erything but this game is just plain frustrating and the camera angles are in the worst spots.but hey its only 20.00 bucks right?...lol i would wait and see if you can buy it used somewhere. I think young kids will dig it but when it comes to us adults that grew up with Sonic will be like WTF? hopefully when sonic unleashed comes out i can give a good review.i hope its good to cause there going back to Sonic's roots as far as gameplay!
