To get the coast police boat all you do is putting the code "cars can drive on water" then you go to the sea and put on side of a boat. then get out of the car and then jump to the boat then kill the police. Then when you do all that press TRIANGLE and you can drive the boat. To use weapon press circle and to move your boat's weapon to any direction use right analog.

When you first start out at the Malibu Club Kent Paul will tell you what happened to Lance but before you talk to Kent in the Malibu get your wanted level as high as it will go or until the army is after you then get on a building or find a place where they can't see you and equip your sniper rifle and aim and shoot the driver of the tank and the passenger will get out shoot him to then enter the tank and drive to a safe spot and inter this cheat(R1,R1,circle,R2,up,down,up,down,up,down)to lower your wanted level or you could try and lower it with police bribes then go back to the Malibu Club and talk to Kent and then get back into the tank and go to the junkyard when you get there just plow through the entrance and turn right and go straight you will see Lance get out kill the men who are in your way get Lance get back in the tank the go out the way you came in then when the men try to stop you with their cars just plow and blow right through them and get Lance to the hospital. GOOD LUCK

never wipe out on motorbike

Ok now go and steel and type of motorbike. then drive it over to anywhere that you can change clothes at. now this part is pretty tricky so pay attention what you have to do is push L2 OR R2 to go to the side views so you can see what you are doing. now what you have to do is park the front tip of the motorbike in the change clothes icon. once you have done this quickly hop off then hop back on if done correctly you should be on your bike if done incorrectly you will not be on your bike.

All you have to do is buy the film studio. But first you have to unlock it by beating missions. I don't remember how many. but you'll know because a small clip will come up telling you. But after that you'll have to do all the missions. Then go back to the studio and head for the water tower and there you'll find a door right next to it go through it and go down the stairs and vuala there's the sea plane.

To get a Hunter helicopter u must have done the mission COP LAND. After passing it go to the police station in Washington Beach. When you get in the building go to the locker room (to your left) and get the outfit called cop. once you get it the cop stars will go away. Get to the airbase and go in(don't worry you won't get shot unless you shot one of them or start a fight). Go to the end of the base and there will be a Hunter (If there isn't go take a ride and come back later or kill yourself and do the process again, I'd prefer driving). Take the helicopter they, don't care. The way to drive the Hunter is the same as a regular helicopter, but if you press the O ( missiles/unlimited) or the R1 (Gun/unlimited).

To find this hidden F.B.I vehicle drive to the police station in downtown, then drive to the nearest pizza place just down the road and there should be an ally way just next to it. drive down and tucked away in a little area is a F.B.I Washington. This car is impossible to get any other way but I've found one!!!!!! Check it out!!!!

This code is very cool and is worth it. First spawn a Rhino tank. Then input the DoDo cheat. After you have done this get into your tank and use the right analog stick to move the tank turret to the back of the tank. Next find a good straight away where no cars or anything will get in the way. Then shoot missiles out of the tank by pressing the O button, you don't have to hold down the gas. After you get fast enough, your tank will start to lift off. It may be hard to steer at first but you will get the hang of it. You will be able to fly as long as long as you want and as high as you want, once I got as high as the planes!!!*Hint* I suggest also inputting the cars can drive on water cheat so you don't fall in the water and also so you can have larger straight away on the water.

You can get a free Angel by going to the biker bar, and just jacking one. Big Mitch doesn't care. But for those people that prefer the PCJ 600, there is one across the street. You may not see it but it is there behind a pane of glass. You need to take out a gun and shoot the glass, or use a melee wepon to break it. (NOTE: it is not always there so if it isn't grab an Angel and be happy.)There is also a PCJ 600 at the docks were The Colonel missions took place.(it isnt there all the time either so if it isnt, take the cheetah.)

To rob a store, all you have to do is point a gun at them. You have to hold it for a long time
and the longer you hold it the more money he will give you. The alarm will sound, and the cops
will come, so get the money and get out. (NOTE: you can drive a motorcycle in the mall, so get a
PCJ 600, and get ready to run.

Once You have completed The Tommy Vercetti Crime Ring Mission "Copland", you will no longer be able to do missions at your house. To Unlock them, you DON'T have to complete all the "Extra" missions (eg. Avery Carrington, Cubans, Haitans, Love Fist etc.) Here's how you do it:
Once you have completed the "Shakedown" mission, a whole load of "Asset" properties will come available. The Asset properties are:
The Malibu, The Pole Position, The Film Studio, The Boatyard, The Ice Cream Factory, The Print Works, Kauffman Cabs, and Sunshine Auto's. All of these (once you have done certain tasks), will generate money everyday. You must aquire SIXTY PERCENT of these properties. Meaning you must get AT LEAST 5 of them. The ones you MUST buy are the Print Works, and The Malibu.
Once you have bought 60 percent of them, and completed a few specific extra missions, you'll will get called by the print factory. The final missions begin.
Note: If you buy 60% of the asset properties (including the Malibu and Print Works), and you don't get called, it means you must complete more of the EXTRA missions. These are the ones where you work for less-important people in the game. To give you a hand, these are the MAIN STORY EMPLOYERS. They are the ones who are not included in the EXTRA category

Also fire-proof, explosion-proof, and collision-proof.
Activate the Guardian Angels mission (from Colonel Cortez), and kill the Haitian gang members. The Admiral is the white car Diaz drives in the cut-scene. Deliberately fail the mission by killing Diaz, Lance, or letting the Haitian biker escape with Diaz's money.
Once the mission fails, the Admiral's doors will be unlocked and you can drive it back to the garage of your choice. Naturally, you will need to purchase property that has a garage first

getting helicopter in garage

Okay,in order to garage a hunter helicopter you must own Sunshine autos and have access to a HUNTER helicopter in the Fort Baxter Air Base. After you have stolen the Hunter from the rear of the base, fly it over to Sunshine autos and land it in the lower area behind the building where the four garages are located. Choose a garage and make sure it is empty, then back the rear of the hunter into the garage as far as possible and once the blades of the hunter start hitting the garage, get out and run against the front of the hunter, forcing the hunter into the garage.(If you are not such a good flyer and the chopper's blades start hitting things while you are trying to put it in the garage and it catches fire, just use the health code while you are in the burning helicopter and the fire will go out.)
I know, you think the blades will stop the hunter from going in because they are so big, no... they will just blend in with the wall. Once the hunter is in, let the garage close and save your game.
Now getting it out when you need it....
First go into the garage and start running against the rear of the hunter, forcing it out of the garage. Then once you have it out run against which ever end you need to so that when you get in and the blades start to turn they won't hit anything. Fly it out of there and you got yourself a hunter without running into the air base screaming for your life.
This is not a fake strategy, I did it myself and it took me about 10 min to do it all.

Basic Controls
X- up
Square- down
L2- turn left
R2- turn right
L3- hover
How to move-
press the up arrow on the arrow buttons while holding x. The harder you
press x, the higher you will fly. Press R2 or L2 to turn. To land press
square lightly.
*If you think that you are good at flying and you are comfortable with the
controls, try this: Fly above a boat.(a couple of feet above it.) If you are
right on top of it, press triangle and you should have fell into the boat.
(Do this with one of those yachts, they are big, so you have a better chance
of landing on it.) This takes a few tries, but it is possible. (I did it
twice.)
