Great Game and Value

I recently inherited a ps2 and this was the first game I bought. The graphics are great for a playstation 2 game and if you are like me, I like violent and sarcastic humor, then this is the perfect game for you. There is a small learning curve in the beginning, and learning to efficiently chain weapon combos together takes practice. Of all the fighting techniques and weapons available, I found myself only sticking to one technique and the same weapons throughout the game.
Overall, for the price, this is a great game. The cutscenes are top notch and I looked forward to them before and after each level. Give it a try if you like a more mature, fast paced game. Not as good as God of War 1/2 but definately worth adding to your collection.
Worth You Money....or Points or whatever...

I have played all three of the DMC games and this was not my favorite. I finished the first night in an all night game session with my best friend in about 8 hours (thats not a lot of gameplay, but it was very good quality). This one on the other hand took me absolutly forever! The learning curve is short but the whole battle system leaves something to be desired. The battles were far too hard, and I'm saying that as a seasoned gamer. I feel that the music could have been better and there should have been more weapons, but it does have it's redeeming qualities! Such as Dante himself, the weapons that were there were pretty impressive, the cutscenes were pretty fun to watch to!
Demon Slayer returns...

I have played and beaten all three DMC(Devil May Cry) games. When I first beat DMC3 I thought," Why isn't Dantes brother, Vergil , a playable character with his own story?".I know alot of people had the same though. Then I heard about DMC3 Sp Edition and I said" My dream has come true". I bought a copy of it but it wasn't what I completely thought. Sure it has Vergil as a playable character now but three things were wrong. One, you have to beat the game to unlock Vergil(If you dont have a saved file of DMC3 on your memory card). Two, Vergil doesn't have a real storyline. You just play all the same stages you play when you play as Dante, but with no cutscenes, besides at the beginning. And the final thing I see is that Vergil only has one style, Dark Slayer. But addition I don't like is that Vergil can't perform that one final move he does when you fight him at the end and you start-off with all his weapons. Other then that, the games a great game. The best DMC game so far....(goofy review)(tell me what you think about my review)
