Alec:Seventh card to appear; Must have the other six 1st.
Cameilla:1st card to appear.
Diekback:Eighth card to appear; Must have the other seven 1st.
Iga:Forth card to appear; Must have other three 1st.
Lutz:Third card to appear; Must have other two 1st.
Shu:Fifth card to appear; Must have other four 1st.
Tosh:Sixth card to appear; Must have other five 1st.

-Main Quests-
NOTE:If you miss it on the mission it'll appear in the lottery after you have all 8 in lottery.

Bebedora: From the "Wanted Exorsist" Quest.
Cheryl: From the "Wanted Master Hunter" Quest.
Darc: From the "Urgent Manhunt" Quest.
Ganz: From the "A Favor To Ask" Quest.
Kukuru: From the "Find The Missing Person" Quest.
Leeza: From the "Help My Father" Quest.
Maru: From the "Find My Hustband Demill" Quest.
Paulette: From the "To Anyone Who'll Believe Me" Quest.
Tatjana: From the "Find Our Teacher" Quest.
Theo: From the "Find Our Teacher" Quest.

Arc: Complete the game, and the hunter exams.
Choco: From a Molfy in a hole in Rueloon once you have completed the monster book. "Monster Book-Kill every type of monster at least one time"
Elc: From a Molfy hole in Milmarna Palace after you wake up at the start of the game.
Kharg: Found at the last dungeon, the Cathena Lab at the end of the game on your way to fight the final boss.
Lilia: Load ARC THE LAD END OF TWILIGHT SPRITS cleared saved game; may also be obtained from the lottery.
Volk: Defeat him after you complete the game when Orcoth opens up.

Get desired cards at lottery

When you are going to use the lottery, first save your game. Then if you do not receive the desired card, then reload the game and try again. This is a good way to get all the Character Cards!
