The Game Plays like every other Command and Conquer Build a base collect resources kill enemy. Where this game shines is its full motion videos, interesting characters, and powerful units. Its classic cold war battle but the twist is that world war 2 never happened. Creating a clean slate on which to redraw the events of the last half a century. The Soviet Union after falling in the first game begins a secret military build up with all manner of mind and muscle. With this grand new army the soviets attack America by surprise and cripple the defense network with psychic powers. America must retake its own country and to do so she has a few weapons up her sleeve. Powerful infantry and vehicles with interesting and destructive technology's collide to tell an interesting alternate history.

Cow Exploring
When you free the cows, you can select them just like any other unit, and make them explore. The enemies won't shoot at them!

Safe Transportation
If you are the Soviets, mind control a school bus and put infantry in it. The Allies won't shoot at it!
