Sniping in multiplayer

I play call of duty on my friends house. I personally do not own the game but I have played call of duty 2 and the feel of playing both games are the same. Activison weakened the sniper rifle a lot in this game but there are a few tricks to make you snipe a lot better. One is to Lean really quickly whiles sniping the enemy can barely see you but you can kill them. Another thing to do is to jump over small ledges whiles sniping, if you jump-shot your sniper stays 100% accurate. Also look at the people who are getting high scores while sniping and follow them, they may lead you to great positions. The M40A3 and R700 are the best snipers, I find the M40A3 is better it has far less recoil. And finally the perks you should have are Claymores, Stoping Power, And Iron lungs or Deep impact.

Below is the level distribution list for Intel Pieces, which are enemy laptops full of information are on different levels in the games. There are thirty of them total. The left column is the level in question, while the right column is how many Intel Pieces can be found on that level. Levels with no Intel Pieces are excluded completely.

This is sneaky cheat that will save you a lot of time. Go to where the game is located on your computer and locate the following folder.

'C:Program FilesActivision
Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfareplayersprofilesprofilename'

Open 'config.cfg' and find 'cheat_points' and change the number next to it to '30'. Doing this will unlock ALL the cheats in the game without having to collect Intel.
