When you first start the game you can play with 2 players, but not on side missions. If you want to play 2 player on side missions you must beat 4th survivor first

when you are playing 4th survivor is when you can pick the gun up and make it your own.And to manys surprise it's not hard to get like having to get an s rank on that level or nothing so to the noobs that's a good thing,but anyway the way you get it is when your playing and you get to the main entrance of the police station where the zombies bust through the front door at you.Well when hunk goes down the stairs and is standing in front of the other double doors shoot them but do it quickly,and they will fly open revealing the hand cannon.Also wach out though you will be ambushed by a bunch of zombies so be quick about taking them down.It's a great gun for boss battles but I recomend you work on your aim before going against nemesis with just three shots Or any boss for that matter.
