it was just like a superhero version of bad dudes for NES still pretty cool.

punch a guy , while playing as Mr. incredible, until he flies in the air then hold R and hit him before he hits the ground and he'll fly up in the air again. If you do it right you can punch him up in the air several times. I've gotten it up to 5 times.
