all levels-simply enter !LAMAUDITE! however i forget if its in all capitals but that doesn't matter just try both.

once you get the SC-20 and sticky cameras you can knock people out with the sticky cameras not diversion cameras. just aim slightly above the head and shoot. it should knock em out. also make sure you are not too far or you will just end up hitting them not knocking out.

You have to be patience, this games youll have to sit in places untill they walk away or kill the quietly and changing uniforms form people you kill is a plus.
