For this achievement you need to wait untill you have around 30-40 hours left until chopper. When you get a scoop mission for the crazy guy in the theater and the female security guard.
You first need to go to theater and rescue the females in there. Next go for the security guard and rescue those. Theres your achievement

Do not read further if you havnt beaten the game otherwise it will ruin it for you!
When brad gets thrown in the room full of zombies by carlito, after the cutscene drive or walk over to the area on the map that is in the middle with the dead end. When you get to the end youll see a cutscene of braad. take a picture and achievement unlocked.
For jessie, go to the security room and there should be dead fbi's there, follow the blood path and beautifull jessie will have become a zombie. Take a picture.

For this youll need to be a high level (around 30) and go into the maintinence tunnels (with plenty of oj or whine) and use your double lariat (l analog click and x)
you can kill like 20 zombie in each spin if your lucky!

For this you need a gun (sub machine gun inside the fountain at la fresca plaza) and another at (above the warehouse door in paradise plaza) once you got those go outside and shoot the black guy gunning, the the other two. Carefull not to shoot car, and after there dead get iun the car and drive into the maintinence tunnel for some extra kills. Once you get in the car you should get the achievement.

For this you need to stay out or in for a whole 24 hours game time. It needs to be straight, so leave your xbox on over night, MAKE SURE TO HAVE PLAY AND CHARGE KIT PLUGED IN otherwise controller will shut off. For outside hide ontop of the little hut thing. Inside go to security room.

Go to the entrance plaza and right next to the escalator should be some parasols. Run em down. Be carefull: it needs to be in all one charge, so looks for groups.

For this go to the sports store in paradise plaza, pick one up and go outside. When you go outside walk away from the door leading back in. After walking awhile go back and there should be a crowd of zombies there. Throw it in the crowd and you should get it. You might need to angle it so go on the side.

This is a fun one. Killing 53000 zombies always sounds fun. Right untill you realize how many your talking about and remembering your timed. The only answer is a long one: You need to start a new game.
To get the 53000 kills you get mroe than an achievement....You get a mega buster which is a huge laser gun any megaman fan would know of.
First off go to the parking lot outside the matinence tunnel. Take the red car and go into the tunnels. Drive to your first right and navigate yourself using the map to get to the middle right dead end. When you get there, there should be a white sedan. Drive that all the way to the top right to get the BIG van. Drive that around and before it breaks drive it to the front entrance to get the red car again. Repeat this process and on each run you should get about 2000 zombies.

first go to the hard ware store in al fresca plaza with your items slots filed with food such as wine and store them behind the counter then go searching for hands
but don't go to far or the wine shall be drinked by those dam zombies then put them behind the counter as well then go to the isle with the propane tanks and put them as close together in a strait line in front of the main door but make a couple of rows because if theres a gap a zombie could enter but they wont go over them so u just need a small pile then take the hands and set them near the entrance and windows to attract zombies then after a while start throwing propain into the crowd and stand back an shoot with your pistol

It's a shop on the 2nd level of the paradise plaza. There are awnings over the ledge, if you jump over the railing on the ledge closest to the orange juice (Yes, there is orange juice) There is a Katana on the awning.
Mini-chainsaws

After killing Adam the clown by the rollercoaster in Wonderland Plaza, he will drop a chainsaw. Pick it up before you activate the control to stop the ride. After the intermission sequence, another chainsaw will spawn at the location. Pick it up. Get the Criminal book from the back of the bookstore where you find the Japanese tourists, and the Engineering and Entertainment books from the Book Store accros from the toy store and CD store in Paradise Plaza. These will give you three duration enhancers for the mini-chainsaws that you get from the clown, which will make these powerful weapons last for a long time. These chainsaws can kill Bosses in two or three hits and are great crowd killers.
After killing Adam and getting the mini-chainsaws he uses, grab the Criminal Biology, Engineering, and Entertainment books to make them last nearly forever. They are the best weapon in the game.

Easy zombie kills

Go to the parking garage in Leisure Park. Get in the car parked outside. Drive down into the parking garage and run over zombies by going left and following the tunnel until you get to another vehicle. When you reach it, switch vehicles and drive back out. The car will have respawned. Repeat this process until you have killed as many zombies as desired.
Escorting Survivors

When escorting survivors, use waypoints (go into aim mode and press Y) instead of having them follow you. This makes them go directly to the waypoint instead of walking around trying to get to you. This also gives you time to help any stragglers. Make sure to set the waypoint in a safe area and do not stray too far from it unless you absolutely have to.

To get the Group Photo achievement, you have to get 50 target markers with the camera. I only tried this once and I am still in Paradise Plaza. Go to the roof and immediately after Natalie and Jeff joins you, go to the side facing the parking lot. When you see a group of zombies, take a photo but do not zoom in, simply take the photo. Then you will get 50 target markers and the achievement: Group Photo. It may not work since it has a failure rate of 75 percent.

Prestige Points (PP)
In order for Frank to level up, he must collect Prestige Points (PP) by performing certain acts such as rescuing survivors, taking photographs, defeating zombies and psychopaths, along with many other different actions.
Leveling Up
As Prestige Points (PP) are earned, the PP bar under Frank's life gauge will increase allowing him to level up once it becomes full.
Stats
While leveling up Frank's stats will increase randomly throughout a certain level range. He will be able to take off more damage, run faster, live longer, carry more items, and throw items further. Below is a list of his starting stats for Lv 1:

Throw Distance: 1/5
When Frank reaches level 50, everything will be maxed out.

Okay,if you have to fight adam the clown,kill him.Once he is killed,pick up the Small Chainsaw first.Then,save the security guard.After that,there will be another small chainsaw for you to get.
If you are going to save the security guard (which i do reccomend),protect him while he is leading the way.Once he leads you to a bathroom,jump on the sinks or counter,and there will be a secret door that leads from wonderland plaza,to paradise plaza.
P.S.To make the chainsaws even stronger,get the three books that are called: Criminal origin,Entertainment,and engineering.

Go to the parking lot in Leisure Park and grab the convertible. Head into the tunnels and make your way to the east part of the map that sticks out to the right. Grab the white car there and head to the upper left most part of the map, and hop into the truck. Now, if you want, you can usually make a small lap around the tunnels without the truck breaking but if you don’t feel safe, leave through the west side of the map back into the parking lot. Grab the convertible again and repeat until you get your desired kills. I averaged about 1,000 kills per trip.

Hella Copter 20
TYPE: 1 Play REQ: Successfully repel a Helicopter
You can get this in 72-hour mode or overtime mode. When the helicopter appears in 72 hour mode after the special forces arrive, grab a sniper rifle from Huntin’ Shack in the North Plaza, go out to Leisure Park, then head to the picnic area near Paradise Plaza and jump up to the roof of it. Keep your eyes peeled for when the helicopter turns at you to start shooting. This is where you can get most shots off and have them connect… I aimed for the front window and took it down after 7-8 connected shots.

Legendary Soldier 20
TYPE: 1 Play REQ: Defeat at least 10 Special Forces soldiers
You can do this towards the end of 72-hour mode when the special forces come to the mall (considering you’ve been completing your cases), or you can do this in overtime mode. Either way take 10 of these guys down in 1 play through to get this achievement. These guys are tough and the best way to kill them is with the small chainsaws or katana up close, or by using their own machine guns against them. If you've unlocked the megaman buster or laser sword, they usually go down in one shot.

TYPE: 1 Play REQ: Simultaneously escort 8 female survivors.
This is how I did it and i found this way extremely easy.
1. Ignore everything until 9pm the first day
3. kill Adam the clown in wonderland, let the guy open the shortcut, then kill him
4. wait in the bathroom til the coward scoop at 9am 2nd day and head to North Plaza
5. Kill the coward, then head over to kill the hatchetman
6. kill everyone locked in the room next to where you killed the hatchetman
7. go to wonderland plaza for the lovers and kill them
Notice at this point you have no survivors... theres a reason for this. You would have to lug these people around while doing these tasks, taking the risk of killing them. But here's where you start your rescues, and you only have to go between Paradise Plaza and Wonderland via the shortcut.
8. by this time it should be nearly 11am... grab pam and heather from paradise plaza (by the toy store first floor)
9. if its after 11am go kill ron in the sandwich shop, if not head back to wonderland plaza and wait til 11am then back to paradise plaza to kill ron
9. wait in paradise bathroom til 12pm then go do "above the law" scoop in wonderland plaza
10. head back to paradise plaza bathroom until 3pm
11. go back to wonderland plaza for the 2 people hanging off the bunny (kill the guy, save the girl)
12. head back to paradise plaza for the cult scene, and save the girl from the crate
please note that it is very important to do steps 8-12 in order

Snuff Shot B 20
TYPE: 1 Play REQ: Successfully photograph zombie Brad
Immediately after completing case 7-2, drive back into the tunnels. Head to the middle section of the map where the tunnel breaks off to what looks like a dead end with no stairs (this is actually an entrance to the underground warehouse). Brad will be right at the end of this tunnel. After the cut scene, photograph Brad for the achievement.

WARNING!!!! SPOILER!!!!!!
When your in overtime mode and fighting Brock on top of the tank take your camera and snap some photos while Brock is laughing, but aim your camera more towards the Zombies. I did it on my second try and got 50 target markers plus I managed to get Brock in it for a whooping 10,000 PP. I don't think you can get higher than 10,000 for a single photo.

The Convicts
Just grab two handguns a samurai sword and all the orange juice you can hold. To beat them, get them to run into a tree then slice the driver. if you run out of your samurai sword shoot them. When they're all dead grab the big machine gun in the back of the jeep.
Clown with Chainsaws
you need the big machine gun you got from the convicts and a couple handguns. Run away from the clown until you have a safe distance. Its alot easier in a hallway or a big open area. shoot him with your big machine gun when he blows up the balloon. Then shoot rapidly with the big gun still. When he dies grab his chainsaws for killing the zombies.

Unlock Weapon: Molotov Cocktail
You can obtain the Molotov Cocktail that one of the Boss, Paul uses:
1) After the boss fight, when Paul is on fire, DO NOT KILL him. Instead, pick up the fire extinguisher in the store to put out the fire.
2) Then bring Paul back to the security room. (You can also save the 2 women as well)
3) After a while, you will receive a call saying Paul has a present for you,
4) Go back to the security room to meet Paul, continue to talk to him and he will give you his Molotov Cocktail to use. (Unlimited supply!)

Start a new game and hang around the Entrance Plaza BEFORE the zombies break in. Wait for two real-life hours and you will unlock Indoorsman. Continue on with the game and let the zombies break into the mall. Go to the security room and save your game. Shut down your console and start up Dead Rising again. Load the save you just made and you will get a message saying you've unlocked Outdoorsman.

The best way to get the Indoorsman and Outdoorsman achievements is this:
After you rescue the 2 survivors right outside the top elevator, wait in the security room for 2 actual hours. While you wait, you can change your TV/Video channel so you can watch TV shows for 2 hours. I would recommend getting back into the game soon before the 2 hours is up.
After 2 hours have passed, wait until you see the note at the bottom of the screen that says you got the achievement. While the note is still on your screen, save your game at the bench in the security room. After you do that, choose to not continue, go to the main menu, then hold the Xbox Guide button and choose to turn off your 360.
The next time you start up the game, you'll get a note saying that you've unlocked the "Outdoorsman" achievement. It worked for me. ;)
The Important Tunnel

Right after you get into the park section of the mall, go over to the parking lot and get in the red car. Go down into the tunnel and take a left. Don't go down any levels, just go left until you hit a dead end with a delivery truck running. Get in the truck and drive out of the tunnels and back into the small parking lot and get into the newly spawned red car. Keep repeating this process to get the Zombie-killing achievements.
For the Karate Master achievement, you could get out of your car near the truck and use weaponless moves to kill zombies and make your way to the truck. Just like the zombie genocider achievement, this will take a few hours, so try your hardest to stay focused on what you're doing.
Doing this will also get you the Level 50 achievement after a while.
Also, you could go into the security room or even the heliport, leave your console running, and try to get some sleep after killing those 10's of 1000's of zombies with your car. When you wake up (If you still have power in your house), you should have the 3,5 and 7-day survivor achievements.
getting easy experience

For this task yo will need

First go to the hardware store in Al Fresca Plaza with your items slots filled with food, such as wine, and store them behind the counter then go searching for hands;
but don't go to far or the wine shall be drinked by those dam zombies then put them behind the counter as well then go to the isle with the propane tanks and put them as close together in a strait line in front of the main door but make a couple of rows because if theres a gap a zombie could enter but they wont go over them so u just need a small pile then take the hands and set them near the entrance and windows to attract zombies.

Kill count

A good way to get your kill count high is to go to the maintenence tunnel with a car. You can find a car outside of the tunnel. Once you go down there there will be thousands of zombies. just drive through killing them until you get to a white car. take the new car and drive until it breaks but try to do that by the truck near the entrance. once the truck brakes down repeat this and soon enough you will have thousands killed.

When you first fight adam the clown i suggest you have a lot of guns or else you won't be able to defeat him. whenever he blows fire, throws knives, or blows up ballons that is you chance to shoot him. If you shoot him when he isn't doing those things he will just block with his chainsaws. you can just shoot him when he blows fire. When he throws knives try to shoot faster than he can throw or else you'll fall to the ground and he'll come slash you. When he blows up ballons shoot the balloon which will make him cough for awhile. then start shootong him. Repeat until he is succesfully defeated.

- The Sledgehammer: This powerful, durable weapon can be obtained each time
you leave the security room. Instead of taking the elevator on the rooftop,
always go through the door on the left side of the area. Hop down off of the
walk way, move to the end of the shelf and then jump over to the shelf with
the sledgehammer on it. This weapon is great for cutting down a crowd of
undead. Simply hold the X button and Frank will swing the sledgehammer
around, knocking any zombies it connects with down. Make a habit of grabbing
this weapon whenever you leave the security room!
- Colombian Roastmasters: A restaurant on the second floor of the Paradise
Plaza. This restaurant has an unlimited supply of orange juice, which will
replenish your health by three squares. You can also find a katana on the
orange awning to the right of the fridge with the juice. Just jump out the
window, land on the awning and take the katana, then jump down below. Make
a habit of visiting the Colombian Roastmasters restaurant when you are in
the Paradise Plaza, if only to restore your supply of health items. If you
take two orange juices and combine them in the blender, you will receive the
special "Nectar" drink.

One thing that you should probably keep in mind. Its not very hard to lose all your life. Carry alot of coffee creamer. Even know its not as many weapons you can carry it does save you in those situations when you need it the most.

This is a hard boss, your going to need a katana or shotgun and then the rest of the slots for food. What your going to do is hide behind the display racks when he shoots and when he reloads go up hit him and grab and sniper rifle. Then he throws you back and then run out of the store, take out the surronding zombies and snipe the boss until he dies.

The easiest way to get your killls way up is to drive around in the vehicles and go to the parking garage and just plaw over em ur kills should sky rocket and just reapet process.

Go down into the tunnel with all the zombies take a right then the first left then another right and u should see a room ahead, get out and go in and it should be in the back right of the room
