to unlock chaos difficulty all you need to do is beat hard difficulty
easy point level up

if you are having a hard time leveling up you gunrods and magic there is a way to get 350 points everytime on the first mission on hard difficulty as long as you get a S rank you will always get 350 so all you gotta do is beat the first level and then quit and start a new game and keep doing the first level over and over till you get the desired pooints.... i recommend you have at least finished normal before you try this though so you have at least a few extra gunrods most preferriably the cannon gunrod and the chaingun gunrod.
