A delish adventure RPG

(another review from my homepgae blog) To start with, let me say that when I downloaded and tried this demo I didn’t care for it at all. I then heard the reviews and what friends were saying/raving about it so decided I may as well give it a try. I changed my mind quickly, this was a very well done 1st person shooter but in a slight change in play. For one, it has a feel of the old Fallout games; this old 1940’s world in chaos. I also love how you get spells, so to speak, to use with your guns and that you can level up these spells and weapons to make them more powerful. It also has two paths for you to choose, a good and bad (that’s all I can say without giving away too much). The variety in play in nice, the dialog and storyline is brilliant and it’s a fairly long game so you get your value in! The only drawback is that the replay value is fairly low, because when you play again you start from scratch and don’t get to use the items or spells your learned the first time around. I guess Mass Effect and others have spoiled me in that regards. The only real reason to play it again is to see how it plays out if you take the other path of good or bad. Overall thought I’d give it a $25-$30 value, you could try to finish it on a rental but you better have some days off work if you do!

big daddies

big daddies can be difficult to beat. they are very prtective of their little sisters. the best way to take them down is from a distance. they do a lot of damage so try not to get too close. they don't replenish health so take them out a little at a time.
