Mainstream movies and urban trends prefaced an online racing revolution where giant wings, neon paint jobs, and 'Type R' decals bear more meaning than Car and Driver test results. This is not a land ruled by domestics, and it certainly isn't the merry-go-round that is NASCAR. This is Auto Modellista.
It's easy to look fast. Paste on some racing stripes, toss in a roll bar, and let the car stroke your ego. It may be enough to impress your buddies in high school, but in Auto Modellista dressing pretty doesn't mean a thing unless you go out and dance.
